• So far, the laboratory reports are available only for SGH Jeddah users, while other branches will be included soon.

• The laboratory reports will be deleted after 10 days off the issuing date due to our privacy policy.

SGH CARE is a secure patient portal that allows Saudi German Hospitals patients to:

• Receive laboratory results
• Send non-urgent message to your care team

In the near future you will be able to:

• Receive x-ray reports
• Request, view and cancel appointments
• health history, view allergies, immunizations, demographic and insurance information
• Obtain health information and education related to test results, medications and diagnoses
• And more…

To register an account, you need to:

• Visit the laboratory reception in the 1st floor - medical tower of the Saudi German Hospital - Jeddah
• Submit your laboratory sample
• Receive your account information from the reception desk
• Wait for your result notification via e-mail
• Access www.sghcare.com and login with the account information provided on the receipt.
